TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing any service from 720 Jumping Fitness (“we,” “us,” or “the studio”), you (“you,” “the member,” or “the participant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all services, including one-class passes, 5-class packages, and unlimited monthly passes. Please read them carefully before participating in any class or program.

1. Class Packages & Memberships
The Single Class Pass is valid for two weeks from the date of purchase and may be used for any regularly scheduled class within that period. The 5-Class Package is valid for one month from the date of purchase and offers flexibility to attend any five classes during that term. The Unlimited Monthly Pass provides unlimited access to all scheduled group classes for 30 consecutive days starting from the activation date. All purchases are intended for individual use and cannot be shared with others. These passes and memberships are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except as outlined in the transfer section below. For multi-class or recurring memberships, a signed membership agreement is required.

2. Membership Freeze Policy
Memberships may be frozen for a maximum period of one week, provided your account is in good standing, all initiation fees have been paid, and your monthly dues are current. A freeze request must be submitted at least seven days in advance. If no request to reactivate is received after the one-week freeze period, the membership term will continue to run, and the corresponding days will be deducted from the overall membership duration.

3. Class Schedule & Modifications
720 Jumping Fitness reserves the right to make reasonable changes to its class offerings, including the type, timing, and number of classes provided. We may, at our discretion, add, modify, or cancel classes, programs, or services at any time. We also retain the right to change instructors, adjust the class structure, or revise pricing with appropriate notice to members.

4. Age Requirements
All participants must be at least 14 years old to join any class or activity involving trampolines. Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the membership agreement and provide written consent. The studio reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet the age requirement.

5. Arrival & Late Policy
To maintain a safe and structured environment, all members are required to arrive on time. Any participant arriving more than five minutes after the scheduled class start time will not be permitted to join the session. In such cases, the missed class will still count against your membership or class package, as the class space was held for you.

6. Health & Safety
By participating in any class, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from safely engaging in high-intensity trampoline fitness. 720 Jumping Fitness does not offer medical advice and strongly recommends consulting your physician before beginning any new fitness program. We assume no liability for injuries or medical issues that may arise during or after participation.

7. Property Liability
720 Jumping Fitness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on studio premises. You are responsible for securing your personal property during visits. Additionally, any damage caused by you to studio equipment or facilities will be your financial responsibility.

8. Refund & Transfer Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to continue your membership during the valid term, you may request to transfer the remaining balance to another individual. This request must be made in writing and may only occur once per membership term. The new member must agree to these Terms and Conditions. Further transfers will not be permitted.

9. Referral Policy
Members who refer a new client to 720 Jumping Fitness are eligible to receive a referral discount of up to 10%, which may be applied to the purchase of either a 10-class pass or a one-month membership. Regardless of the number of referrals, the maximum discount that can be earned in a single month is limited to 10%. This discount is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and is only applicable if the referred individual is a new customer who has never previously registered with the studio.

10. In-Class Recording
By participating in our classes, you consent to audio and/or video recording that may capture your image, voice, or likeness for use in promotional, educational, or social media content. If you prefer not to be recorded, you must notify the instructor before the start of class. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.

11. Release of Liability
Participation in any class or program at 720 Jumping Fitness involves inherent physical risks, which may include injury, illness, or even death. By signing up for classes or using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including those caused by our own negligence. You agree to hold 720 Jumping Fitness and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any liability or claims that may result from your participation. Additionally, you understand and acknowledge that 720 Jumping is not responsible for the manufacturing of equipment used on-site and assumes no liability for any equipment-related injuries.

12. Payment Disclosure
Please note that your online payment may appear on your financial statements as “Wix Payments.” This is our secure third-party payment processing service.

13. Membership Termination Policy
720 Jumping Fitness reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke any membership at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of studio policies, inappropriate or disruptive behavior, non-compliance with safety protocols, or actions that may endanger other members or staff. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to such violations. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment, and we expect all participants to uphold these standards.
