720 JUMPING® Fitness is proud to be Orange County’s first studio offering the original JUMPING® Fitness program from the Czech Republic — a globally recognized workout method since 2001. Our low-impact, high-intensity cardio sessions are scientifically designed to strengthen the core, build lean muscle, enhance balance and coordination, and support cognitive and emotional wellness. The rebounding motion on our patented trampolines also stimulates the lymphatic system, promoting natural detoxification and boosting immune function. And because the trampoline absorbs impact, it's gentle on the joints, making it an ideal workout for all fitness levels. With built-in handlebars for added stability, our sessions are safe, accessible, and beginner-friendly.
MEET OUR JUMPING® FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Meet Sean, our certified JUMPING® Fitness instructor and former professional baseball player in South Korea. After undergoing multiple knee surgeries from sports-related injuries, Sean retired from the game and turned to JUMPING® Fitness as a low-impact, high-reward form of rehabilitation. With a background in sports science and a lifelong athletic career, Sean brings expert knowledge of the human body and how to train it safely and effectively. His sessions are thoughtfully designed to maximize cardio performance while minimizing joint strain, making fitness both accessible and sustainable for everyone — from beginners to athletes.
